Camped for the third day outside Jamhuri Park, hundreds of non-Kikuyu refugees await humanitarian aid. On several occasions aid officials representing the Kikuyu-controlled government diverted aid away from these refugees and toward a smaller population of Kikuyu refugees allowed to camp within the park walls. Following the violence, Kenya's tribal distinctions still pose a very real threat to the equal treatment of all Kenyans.
